At VIAJIYU, we believe every trailblazing woman needs one fabulous pair of flats. Made in Italy. Made to order.
We tried to create a "design-your-own" app like Nike ID in our first year, but it just didn't work. "Fail fast, evolve faster," we always say.
So until v2.0 of the app is ready, there are many ways you can design your perfect pair of VIAJIYU shoes. Our favorite: an one-on-one appointment with the founder and the team in our beautiful Florence boutique.

1. Private appointment. RSVP with our founder at our Florence boutique — our only store in the world. Go to VIAJIYU.setmore.com or phone +39 055 290 380.
2. Virtual appointment. Book a virtual appointment with our founder at our Florence boutique via Skype, FaceTime, WeChat or your favorite video calling app. Go to VIAJIYU.setmore.com or phone +39 055 290 380. If you've never made a video call and you have a smartphone, we'll show you how.
3. Online Order Form. Already a VIAJIYU client? If you know exactly what you want, complete this order form.
We'll follow up with an email or phone call to verify the finer details of your order, especially if you are a new client.

WHAT TO EXPECT*
During your design appointment, we will help you select the correct size from one of our 25+ forma. Then, we'll help you choose from hundreds of colors and materials. And, an endless array of accents from bows to bijoux (studs).
We'll show you the latest trends and the most popular flats from our Inspiration Room in Florence.
Our flats are handmade in Italy, using the finest goatskin and ingredients, by the same artisans who have been making luxury shoes for decades. We work with the same Italian shoemakers who make some of the world's best known and sought after luxury shoe brands.
We partner with the same "accessoristas" who apply Swarovski crystals and jewels to the luxury shoes worn on the red carpet.
